Virtually ALL the SERVICES listed here assume you are either buying NEW parts from us to have the service done on them, or you are sending YOUR parts to us for the service. PLEASE be aware the cost listed is for THE SERVICE ONLY! The price does NOT include any shipping of parts to us or return shipping to you. Return shipping will be added to your invoice and we will contact you for payment. Please be aware we must insure all return shipments for 100% of the REPLACEMENT COST of ALL parts AND service work performed, using the price of NEW parts. We STRONGLY recommend you do the same for ALL parts shipped to us. We have received MANY parts that were packaged poorly and damaged in shipment. It will be YOUR responsibility to file any / all claims with the carrier. UPS / Postal / FEDEX STORES pretty much will do a TERRIBLE job of packing so we encourage you to do it yourself.

Removes approx. 4/10 pound (180 grams) from each rotor

Side Cut Two Rotors
Side cut two rotors for high RPM or high boost engines.
When a Rotary engine is spun to high RPM’s — say 8500+, or has a lot of boost, the rotors tend to “wobble” (for lack of a better term) and first the corner seal area hits the side housings- then more of the rotor and rotor gear will hit the side housings. Needless to say this is bad — trashes the rotors and damages the side housings.
For “race” motors we machine off anywhere from .005″ to .008″ per side to gain the extra clearance needed. Please tell us the RPM and / or boost you are going to be using.
Price does not include the rotors or return shipping to you.

While used on our race motors in the 2007 season with great success, we have decided to spread the success on to you! WPC is a proven treatment process that has been used for many years in Japan whereby ultra fine particles of various media are fired at high velocity towards the surface of a product. The thermal discharge that takes place upon impact permanently changes the surface of the metal by compaction and creates a harder, more durable final product.
