WEBER MANIFOLD for PERIPHERAL PORT 13B 48 or 51IDA RACING BEAT PERIPHERAL PORT HOUSING
Weber Manifold for Peripheral Port 13B 48 or 51IDA
This manifold is designed to fit the Racing Beat Periperal Port 13B Rotor Housings.Works with IDA carbs from 48mm to 52mm bore.
The Racing Beat-designed and manufactured Peripheral Port Intake Manifold mates a Weber 48 IDA or 51 IDA downdraft carburetor, or equivalent throttle body, to the Racing Beat-manufactured 13B peripheral port housings. (This manifold cannot be used on the Mazda Factory Race MFR housings.) The steel tubing manifold is attached to the rotor housings with hoses that are included. A simple support bracket fabricated for your particular application, typically attached from the carburetor-manifold junction to the threaded bosses on top of the rotor housings, will complete the task.

WEBER NUT 8X1.25 WITH 10MM HEX
Weber Nut 8X1.25 With 10mm Hex
These are needed for the larger bore carbs as there is not enough room to get a 12mm wrench correctly on the base nuts.
These use a 10mm wrench which gives you room to tighten the nut.
Hard to find in “not jet nut” style and in steel. They can come in handy in many other places also.Click Here for a Weber 48IDA Suggested Parts List

WEBER PHENOLIC SPACER (EACH), 48 OR 51 IDA
Weber 48 or 51 IDA Phenolic Spacer
(Each)The Weber 48/51 IDA Phenolic Intake Spacers can be installed under a 48/51 IDA carburetor to increase the intake manifold length for special applications. Test have shown that up to three spacers per barrel can be used to move the torque peak down about 300 to 500 RPM per spacer. Each spacer is 10mm thick. Two spacers are required, sold individually. Gaskets are not included, but are available separately.

These spun-aluminum air horns are intended for use on a Racing Beat-modified Weber 51 IDA carburetor — When installing these 51 IDA Air Horns the stock “hold down bolts/clamps” provided with the 48 IDA Air Horns are no longer functional; a small amount of RTV silicone applied externally typically secures these air horns in place.Browse our Weber Carbs, Manifolds and Parts section

WEBER SHAFT LEVER, WITH STOP PIN LEFT
Weber Shaft Lever, With Stop Pin Left.
14ga steel
We have these “stops” made for us so the throttle STOP is on the same side of the carb as the throttle PULL. Adjusted correctly this prevents the throttle shaft from being bent when full throttle is applied.
This is our latest design that “includes” the washer that covers the shaft bearing. This also allows more thread engagement of the nut onto the throttle shaft as you no longer use the original bearing cover washer. All descriptions refer to a front mounted rotary engine in a rear wheel drive car.
There are two types of manifold for downdraft IDAs: fuel inlet on engine side with throttle cable pulling from above the throttle shaft, and fuel inlet on the fender side, with the throttle cable pulling from below the throttle shaft. The manifold determines the carb orientation. It is best to have the cable pull, the idle speed screw, throttle stop, and return spring all on the same end of the carb. If this is not done, you will twist the throttle shaft, which can lead to various poor running conditions.

Weber Shaft Lever, With Stop Pin Right
This STOP is for when the carb fuel inlet is on the Engine side, cable pulling from ABOVE the shaft.
These are for what we call “Australian Style” manifolds. All descriptions refer to a front mounted rotary engine in a rear wheel drive car.
