The OEM sleeves are held in with roll pins that must be removed. We have found it easiest to MIG weld a small nut to the end of the roll pin and then work it out. The roll pin can also be tapped with a SMALL tap and a slide hammer used to pull it out.

After removal we thread the hole 1/4 coarse thread and use internal allen wrench plugs from the local hardware store. These then hold the new sleeves in place.
