This is the bar that started it all! Way back in the 1980’s during the IMSA GTU racing era, Racing Beat’s chief engineer Jim Mederer produced his first set of sway bars for the highly popular RX-7. Years later this bar still rules as a proven winner for both street and track use. This 1.125″ OD RX-7 solid front sway bar comes complete with mounting hardware (including high-density urethane mounting bushings and bushing lubricant) and installation instructions. All Racing Beat sway bars utilize the stock sway bar endling links.

All Racing Beat-designed sway bars reduce chassis roll in turns and increase the RX-7’s sensitivity to steering input, thereby improving maximum cornering power and speed. Racing Beat engineer their paired front and rear RX-7 sway bars to provide optimal balance by utilizing select bar diameters, specific steel alloys, end link mounting positions, and high density urethane mounting bushings.
