This is the lower ring for OUR short shifters for 81-83’s in case you needed it by itself.


Please – this ONLY works on “original” style shift tower extensions that ONLY came in 81-83 RX7 transmissions. These do NOT use the “normal” lower nylon bushing because that “bushing” is PART OF THE TRANSMISSION. When you look down where the lever goes the aluminum is rounded where the lever ball will sit into it.
With all the swapping of transmissions over the years you really might not know if you have an 84+ in your 81-83, or an 81-83 in your 84+.
