Shifter Plate, 09-11 RX8
This plate holds the shifter in the transmission shift housing. It normally doesn’t go bad, but is required when installing an S2 (09-11) transmission into an S1 car and using a short shifter. It comes with the OEM shifter, so it is not required if doing the swap and using an OEM shifter.
