This kit is for 1979 and 1980 RX7’s that have the rear axle assembly converted over to the 1981-1985 RX7 DISC BRAKE assembly.

The 79 and 80’s thread pitch for all the hydraulics on the car are “coarse” thread — 10mm x 1.25.
The 81 and later cars have a “fine” thread pitch — 10mm x 1.0 for all the hydraulics on the car.

This kit has “coarse” threads for the two front caliper lines and “fine” thread for the two rear CALIPER lines.

The “special” hose / line it the one from the chassis to the rear axle housing. It has coarse thread for the chassis end and fine thread to the rear axle housing.
