Exchanges / Replacements:
If you want to return an item you must pay the return shipping – and be SURE you have it insured for full value because it is you that are taking the risk for the shipping company not damaging or losing it. Shipping Fees are not reimbursed for returned items.
For exchanges or replacements, it is necessary that we first receive the merchandise. We must examine the defective merchandise.
ALL items returned to us must have Return Authorization issued by us. Please contact us by phone (562-426-7960) or email (info@Mazdatrix.com) to request Authorization number and return instructions.
Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of purchase and only for defective items. Defective items can be returned for replacement subject to all of below.
Returns and Warranties restrictions and the following:
NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL or SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Merchandise must be returned with original packaging, documentation, etc.
Merchandise cannot be damaged during installation.
If we make an error and ship you the wrong item we will replace the item after it has been shipped back to us. Pictures are usually appreciated to figure out what happened. If we screwed up PLEASE call and we should be able to get you a prepaid return label for the package. We will only ship back once we receive the item and can inspect it to make sure everything is in order.
RESTOCKING FEE OF 20% WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL RETURNS, AND RETURNING PRODUCTS MUST BE IN BRAND NEW NEVER USED CONDITION, OTHERWISE THE RETURN (s) WILL BE REFUSED.
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS.
